Pet Agreement
This agreement is between Real Estate Central LLC and
___________________________________________, resident(s) for the residential
unit located at _______________________________________________________.
Please initial ONE of the following:
_________ I do NOT have pets. I understand that if I decide to get a pet in the future, I
will get the pet approved PRIOR to bringing the pet into the residence. If an unapproved
pet is found inside the home, I understand that an immediate eviction will be filed with

_________I DO have pets. I understand that if I decide to get another in the future, I will
get the pet approved PRIOR to bringing the pet into the residence. If an unapproved pet
is found inside the home, I understand that an immediate eviction will be filed with

Resident desires to keep the pets listed above in the dwelling Tenant occupies under
the Lease Agreement referred to above, and because this agreement specifically
prohibits keeping pets without the Property Owner’s permission, Tenant agrees to:
1. Keep the pet under control at all times
2. Keep the pet restrained when it is outside the dwelling
3. Not leave the pet unattended for any unreasonable period
4. Dispose of the pet’s dropping daily at the rented property and immediately
when walking a dog throughout the neighborhood.
5. Keep pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy
immediately any complaints
6. Have pet(s) spayed or neutered within 30 days if not already done
7. Keep rabies and other required shots up to date for all pets
8. Not get another pet without prior permission even if pets listed above are no
longer kept on premises
9. Pay immediately for any damage, loss or expense caused by the pet
10. Remove the pet from the premises immediately and permanently if it shows
aggressive behavior
11. Pay the following non-refundable pet fees

Under no circumstances will vicious dogs be allowed on the premises. Property owner
reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet should the Tenant violate this
agreement.

Pet Policy
We prefer to rent to tenants without pets, however, we realize that many good tenants have pets and are responsible pet owners. However, there are concerns about the damage that can be caused by animals. We have decided to allow pets only under the following conditions:
Acceptable pet references
All pets must be spayed/neutered
Limit of 2 dogs
Limit of 3 animals
No dogs under the age of 12 months will be allowed.
Management reserves the right to refuse any pet found unacceptable.
